About Madeline

I believe that each body is innately designed to move and rest well. Every person has access to a higher quality of life through proper movement.

I believe that each person's body is designed to move in unity with the space around it. Pain and injury should not be an accepted outcome of physical exertion and exercise.

With a degree in kinesiology from Iowa State University, I've been improving people's ability to move and overall fitness for over five years.  I've worked with people of all ages from all over the world and am proud of their success.

I'm following my passion for human movement by currently working for my certification in human movement through GOATA - Greatest of All Time Athletes. GOATA teaches proper movement that not only builds strength and improves overall fitness, it prevents injury and allows the body to move with the freedom for which it is designed.

In my free time I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, studying anatomy and biomechanics, writing, and spending time with my friends and family.
